Abstract: The present study examines the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, and Cultural considerations. The study is in the context of business environments making their first moves toward the Industry 5.0 era. Three factors warrant the need for this study. Firstly, organizations are seen increasingly using AI technologies. Secondly, Cybersecurity measures are increasingly necessary because organizations are always fully connected to global networks. Finally, workplaces are turned global and diversified. Hence, cultural dimensions and their influence have become important. Taking a qualitative research approach comprising a comprehensive literature review spanning two decades (2004-2025). The study identifies significant research gaps concerning cultural biases in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions and cultural attitudes toward privacy and security. The findings reveal that AI systems often reflect cultural biases from their development teams and training data. This can increase, leading to discriminatory outcomes. There is a threat of marginalization of minority cultures. Also, cultural attitudes toward privacy and security significantly impact global cybercrime trends. The response to cyber threats differs because of several variations in how different societies perceive culture. This research contributes to the emerging discourse on human-centric approaches in Industry 5.0. It stresses the importance of cultural sensitivity in technological advancements to ensure sustainable, ethical, and inclusive business practices across global contexts. Insights from the study will help organizations transition to Industry 5.0, especially those connected strongly with information technology.
